Black ink on a horizontally oriented tan palm leaf features three dense rectangular blocks of script separated by two circular holes. The text is composed of thick, rhythmic lines. Small ink characters appear in the margins at the far left and right. The leaf has slightly irregular, worn edges, with the natural grain visible beneath the dense black ink. Two circular punctures break the horizontal flow of the manuscript's composition.
