A long, horizontally oriented tan palm leaf features three rectangular blocks of dense black script. Two circular holes are punched in the gaps between the text sections. Small characters mark the margins at the center and both ends. The leaf has rounded corners and a prominent horizontal grain. The layout is balanced and linear, with the meticulously lettered ink blocks contrasting against the natural, fibrous texture of the material.
