A horizontally oriented palm leaf features gum tempera and dense black script on a tan surface. Three compact rectangular blocks of text are spaced across the leaf, punctuated by two circular binding holes. Small, delicate characters and symbols mark the far left and right margins. The thin material's long edges are slightly irregular and worn, emphasizing the aged quality of the historical manuscript.
