A horizontally oriented palm leaf folio features black ink on a tan, textured surface. Three dense blocks of script, each containing six tightly packed rows, form a rhythmic sequence. Two circular holes punctuate the empty spaces between the text blocks. The dark, opaque ink contrasts with the natural grain of the thin strip. Rounded, irregular edges show slight wear, framing the structured script within the weathered, organic shape of the rectangular folio.
