A long, horizontal palm leaf features three distinct blocks of black-inked script on a tan, rectangular surface. The narrow leaf has rounded ends and is punctuated by two small circular holes separating the sections. Densely packed, tiny characters form several neat, horizontal rows within each block. The dark ink stands out in sharp contrast against the fibrous, light brown texture of the weathered palm leaf.
