A horizontally oriented palm leaf features gum tempera and black ink. Three rectangular sections of dense, structured script fill the tan surface, separated by two circular binding holes. Additional small characters are scattered in the upper margins and at the far right. The leaf has a smooth, natural texture with rounded corners and slightly irregular edges, highlighting the organic material's length and the repetitive rhythm of the written characters.
