A horizontally oriented palm leaf features dense black script in gum tempera and ink, organized into three rectangular blocks. Two circular holes are punched into the blank spaces between the columns. Small black markings and numbers appear above the script and at the far edges. The material has slightly irregular, frayed edges and a warm brown color, showcasing the rhythmic, handwritten quality of the ancient text across the elongated surface.
