A horizontally oriented palm leaf in black ink features three rectangular blocks of dense script arranged side-by-side across a tan surface. Two circular holes pierce the leaf between text sections, while markings and numbers flank the far edges. Irregular, weathered borders reveal a natural fibrous texture, creating a composition that balances the rhythmic script with the organic, worn quality of the ancient material.
