A long, horizontal palm leaf features three dense columns of black script across its weathered, tan surface. The rhythmic characters march in tight rows, punctuated by two small, circular binding holes. Faint characters accent the far margins, while the brittle edges appear worn and jagged with age. The composition balances heavy, ink-saturated text blocks against the light, fibrous texture of the ancient rectangular support.
