Dense black script is arranged in three rectangular blocks across a long, horizontally oriented strip of tan palm leaf. Two circular punctures pierce the organic material between the text sections. The surface exhibits frayed edges and a warm, aged patina. Small handwritten numbers mark the upper margins. The rhythmic, repetitive script creates a stark contrast against the textured horizontal plane of the leaf.
