A horizontal manuscript leaf in black ink features three dense blocks of script on a tan palm leaf. The fibrous material shows a horizontal grain with slightly rounded, irregular edges. Two circular holes for binding punctuate the surface between the text columns. Small characters appear in the margins on the far left and right. The opaque script contrasts with the leaf's natural, uneven tones, creating a rhythmic and textured composition.
