A horizontally oriented palm leaf features three dense rectangular blocks of black ink script. The angular characters are arranged in compact rows on a weathered, tan surface. Two small, circular holes are punched between the text sections for binding. Small marginal characters and numbers appear at both ends and above the holes. The leaf has a smooth texture with slightly uneven, natural edges.
