A horizontally oriented palm leaf features black ink on a fibrous tan surface. The script is arranged in three dense, rectangular blocks, separated by two small circular holes. Small, delicate characters inhabit the margins at the far left and right. The leaf displays visible horizontal grain and frayed, irregular edges, while the tightly packed script creates a rhythmic, textured pattern across the length of the organic, elongated medium.
