A horizontally oriented palm leaf features three rectangular blocks of dense black script across a light tan surface. Two circular holes are punched between these sections. The leftmost block contains a narrow vertical gap, while the center is solid text. The rightmost block is punctuated by two larger rectangular voids. The leaf has rounded corners and slightly uneven edges, containing the dense lettering within its elongated form.
