A horizontally oriented, narrow palm leaf of muted tan features three blocks of dense black script written in ink. The material has irregular, worn edges, and two circular holes are cut between the text sections. Small characters and numbers mark the side margins. The central block of text is longer than the outer blocks. The uniform, compact letters create a rhythmic texture against the aged surface of the organic material.
