A horizontally oriented palm leaf features three dense columns of black script. The angular characters are arranged in horizontal rows across a warm tan surface. Two circular holes are centered between the text columns. The leaf shows frayed, irregular edges and natural texture variations. This composition highlights the elongated format, where gum tempera and ink create a stark contrast against the weathered organic support of the ancient manuscript page.
