A horizontally oriented beige paper is inked with nine rows of black script (see "Inscriptions"). Two vertical red stripes frame the central area, punctuated by three large, vibrant red circles. Dark staining and discoloration appear along the bottom edge of the gum tempera and ink manuscript. In the lower right corner, additional black characters sit near the border. Red ink and gold highlights emphasize specific portions of the text.
