A horizontally oriented manuscript features dense rows of angular black ink script on cream-colored paper. Three large, solid red circles are spaced across the center, punctuated by thin vertical red lines that partition the page into three sections. Occasional characters are rendered in red ink. The aged surface shows darkened edges, while the script creates a heavy, rhythmic pattern across the wide middle field and two narrower side columns.
