A square ink and color painting on aged paper features two puppies. To our left, a reddish-brown pup curls sleepily with eyes closed. To our right, a black and white puppy sits upright, staring forward with soft, dark eyes. The forms are defined by blurred washes of color against a muted tan background. Borders of dark blue fabric with golden dragon patterns frame the top and bottom of the creased scroll.
