Join Kent State University’s College of Architecture & Environmental Design in the Cleveland Museum of Art’s Gartner Auditorium on April 1 for a major symposium exploring productive relationships between comics and architecture. Short presentations and roundtable discussions among leading architects, artists and scholars will begin at 1:00 PM, with an illustrated keynote conversation between Françoise Mouly and Chris Ware at 5:00 PM. Following the keynote conversation, join us for MIX at CMA for art, music, and mingling.

The symposium is free and open to the public, but reservations are recommended. Register through the museum’s Ticket Center by calling (216) 421-7350 or by visiting tickets.clevelandart.org.

Tickets to MIX: Pharaoh are $15 (free for CMA members) and include admission to Pharaoh: King of Ancient Egypt. Call (216) 421-7350 or visit cma.org/mix to purchase MIX tickets.
