Next, cookbook author and culinary educator Raghavan Iyer will discuss Indian cuisine and his book, Indian Cooking Unfolded. While attendees are enjoying a delicious lunch of Indian specialties, Chef Iyer will answer questions and sign copies of his book, which will be available for purchase from the museum store for $19.95.
