About The Exhibition

ArtLens is an experiential gallery that puts you—the viewer—into conversation with masterpieces of art, encouraging engagement on a personal, emotional level allowing you, your family, and your friends to look closer, dive deeper, and have fun discovering the museum’s collection using award-winning digital technology.

ArtLens Gallery is an innovative space at the CMA which combines the museums permanent collection and interactive technology, with the goal of inspiring visitors to connect with the museum’s collection with greater curiosity confidence, and understanding. ArtLens Gallery includes ArtLens Studio, ArtLens Exhibition, ArtLens Wall and the ArtLens App. Initially launched in December 2012, the space was previously known as Gallery One.
