Description
A former professor at Kent State University, O’Sickey enjoyed a prolific career spanning more than seven decades. Among his more recognizable works are the interior and garden subjects that helped solidify his artistic reputation during the mid-1960s. Full of radiant color often applied with mosaic-like dabs of pigment, these compositions are further enlivened by patches of bare canvas.- Mr. and Mrs. Herbert F. Leisy.
