A horizontally oriented oil painting with soft brushwork depicts a landscape. Left of center, a cream colored house with a dark gabled roof sits nestled among small trees. A tan dirt path curves from the bottom right toward the middle. To the right stands a large tree with dark green foliage and a gray rocky outcrop. Muted greens and browns fill the foreground below a pale blue sky streaked with soft white clouds.
