A horizontally oriented oil painting depicts a hazy landscape under a pale blue sky. In the lower third, a wooden fence and gate border a light-colored dirt path. Beyond, clusters of dark green trees and a white building sit among light green meadows. In the upper half, large rounded hills of tan and blue-gray are partially obscured by soft white clouds. The hazy brushwork creates a misty quality across the rolling contours.
