A horizontally long dark red velvet embroidery features glinting gold and silver threads. The main band displays alternating scalloped segments enclosing stylized floral shapes or pairs of birds against a textured gold background. Nine rectangular tabs hang below, each showcasing distinct geometric or floral patterns within gold squares at their base. The dense metallic stitching creates a luminescent effect against the velvet, which remains visible in the detailed motifs and the tabs' upper portions.
