A vertically long knitted silk textile features a narrow red band with cream-colored symbolic imagery. Icons, including a ladder, cross, hand, and chalice, alternate with floral motifs in a single column between decorative borders. The band tapers at both ends where large red tassels hang from silver-colored caps. The fabric loops vertically multiple times, displaying the fine knit on both surfaces.
