A horizontal silk and gold thread textile fragment features a repeating pattern of muted gold scrolling vines against a dark blue ground. Pointed oval medallions enclose pairs of small hares facing one another amid leafy motifs. The cloth has irregular, frayed edges on three sides, with a narrow yellow border along the straight left margin. Symmetrical foliate designs fill the spaces between medallions, creating a dense, textured composition across the surviving surface.
