A dark greenish-gray graywacke sculpture depicts the head of a figure wearing a crown. Their lips are full and closed, the shape of the eyes outlined, and a serpent figure projects from their forehead. On their head rests a tall, tapering crown with a broken top. The surface of the sculpture is smooth with a chipped nose and a broken protrusion on the chin where a beard was originally attached.
