A circular gold ear plug, shaped like a flower, features a clear topaz at the center, surrounded by eight teardrop-shaped rubies. Thin gold ridges separate the petal-like stones. An outer ring of small, round rubies, punctuated by green emeralds, borders the disk. Small gold points extend from the outer edge. One petal at the bottom right contains a dark, textured material instead of a ruby.
